Sligo Revisited

Five Fold Returns To SLIGO!

Foreword by Harry:

The majority of reports on this site are written by myself. On this occasion we were delighted to have our New York prayer manager, Melissa visit us in Ireland.

Because we are a small team, sometimes we did not have time to take photos or make notes. However Melissa was able to list afterwards, a selection of healings that impressed upon her memory and writes this report.

We’re Back!

Melissa, fivefold ministry ireland (new york)

We have fulfilled our promise as the Five Fold Ministry Ireland returned to Sligo in the Republic of Ireland, for one final outreach that took place on May 15th, 2005. Five Fold had held an outreach in Sligo, September 2004. During this outreach, over 600 people were turned away due to limited seating and we promised the citizens of Sligo that we would return for anyone who could not get in due to capacity crowds back in September.

Every single person who did return for this second outreach was touched by God and received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. Many miracles, healings, and blessings were witnessed by all of those who were in attendance. The following accounts are just a few of the many miraculous blessings and healings the Lord bestowed upon His people in Sligo:

The very first person queuing up for prayer was instantly slain in the Spirit as she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. As a father and son came up for prayer and to receive Jesus, the father was immediately slain in the spirit as his son looked on attentively. After the gentleman received Jesus as his personal savior, he told Paul that his son had chronic asthma and could not run or play as other children could because of his son’s tremendous difficulty breathing.

After Paul prayed over the small boy, about 3 years old, the young lad darted across the stage, running back and forth and he continued to run for the duration of the entire outreach, amazed at his new body and what he could now do. His tiny body had been healed from asthma. All the glory be to God in the highest in these prayers being answered!

A woman came up to accept Jesus as her personal Savior. She asked Paul for prayer because she was suffering from a recent stroke, which left her paralyzed on the right side of her body. She could not lift her arms above her head, her speech was impaired, and she had some difficulty walking. After Paul prayed over the woman, the Lord restored her entire body, all her feeling on the right side of her body came back, her speech was back to normal and she walked out of the outreach, her body being completely restored back to normal.

A man came up for prayer for chronic back pain. He was all hunched over, unable to straighten his back. After accepting the Lord as his personal Savior, his posture straightened right before the on looking crowd. His back was healed instantly and he walked away with no hunch and totally pain free. Glory to the Lamb of God!

Another gentleman came with a cane in one hand and a brace, hooked around his arm, in the other hand. His back was so poor, he was unable to support his full body weight on his back. After prayer, the man’s brace was taken away and he was able to walk completely upright. After a few moments, he realized he didn’t need the cane either and he was able to walk away, completely free from pain and his reliance on those devices.

The outreach was full of those who were blessed, saved, and healed by God. A huge thanks goes out to all of those intercessors and co-laborers in Christ that prayed over the souls of those in attendance during this outreach. Your continued prayers and support make a profound difference in the successful completion of this Sligo outreach.

Now, as we reflect back in reverence and thanksgiving at all the wonderful miracles and blessings of God, we are reminded that we are truly privileged to serve Our Living God. He is not some distant God in a place, far, far away. He is with us and His desire for His people is that we are in good health, we prosper, and we strive to be the best we can be in all that we do for Him and through Him.

He is a wonderful God and we pay tribute to Him for all He does for us, as we are not deserving of all the wonderful gifts the Lord has given us and yet, He still gives them to us freely. All we need to do is seek Him.
God bless you all,
Melissa
