Because some Christians depart from, cast off, or stray from the faith (1 Tim. 4:1, 5:12, 6:10,21). One can fall from grace (Gal. 5:4-7). One can sell their birthright (Heb. 12:15-17). For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins - Heb. 10:26. Look what Paul knew could have happened to him (1 Cor. 9:27), or to an elder (1 Tim. 3:6,7), or see what can happen to any Christian (2 Peter 2:20,21). I hope you aren't one of those who will not endure sound doctrine (2 Tim. 4:3,4). I hope for your best. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

I am of Irish decent being at least 50% Irish, born and raised in the U.S. & have ALWAYS wanted to see the country of my ancestors. Everytime I see the violent protests that go on in Northern Ireland, usally between the Catholics & Prodestants, it saddens my heart because to me they are fighting about religion(unless there is more to it than I realize). "Religion" is just a word in itself, but MOST of these "religions" claim to follow the same Lord & God our Father that we as Christians do!
